The "You don't have access" error, accompanied by a requirement to "Sync your device," typically occurs when your Google Workspace administrator has set up Endpoint Verification to monitor the devices accessing your organization's data. To resolve this, you need to ensure your device is properly authenticated and synced.
Here is a step-by-step guide to fixing this issue.
Endpoint Verification is a Google Chrome extension. You must be using the Google Chrome browser and be logged in to your work or school Google account (the one with your company's email address).

Go to Step 2
For Endpoint Verification to function correctly, your Chrome profile needs to be synced with your Google Workspace account.
Open a new tab in Chrome.
In the address bar, type chrome://settings/people.
Click on "Sync and Google services."
Make sure the "Sync" toggle is turned on.
The extension reports your device's status to your administrator. You can force a manual sync to update this information.
Click on the Extensions icon (a puzzle piece) in the top-right corner of your Chrome browser.
Click on "Endpoint Verification" from the dropdown list.
A new window will open showing the status of the extension.
Click the "SYNC NOW" button.
After a few moments, the sync status should update, and the error page should be resolved. If the problem persists, it may be due to other device policies set by your administrator. In that case, you may need to reach out to your IT or support team for further assistance, as indicated on the error page.
